Staats has a lot of experience, but we are still a company made up of humans, and humans have a tendency to make mistakes from time to time. If we have made a mistake in some way, please contact customer service immediately. As quickly as possible, we will replace the items that are incorrect. If we are unable to replace the items to meet your deadline, we will work with you to come up with an appropriate solution.
