Guarantee & Return Policy
Staats guarantees that all orders will be completed 100% accurate and 100% on time. If your order contains any errors, we will repair or replace your item immediately. If your order ships out late, we will pay for all applicable shipping and handling charges on your order plus discount your order by 10%.
Staats stands behind its work. If we have made a mistake in some way, please contact customer service immediately. As quickly as possible, we will replace the items that are incorrect. If we are unable to replace the items to meet your deadline, we will work with you to come up with an appropriate solution.
Staats stands behind its word. If your order is received late, we will pay for all applicable shipping and handling charges on your order plus discount your order 10%. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays by common carriers.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the items you have received, please contact customer service to receive authorization for return or replacement within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will happily take back any "stock" items you wish to return, and we will credit your account, less a 10% restocking fee. Custom items are not eligible for return, unless we have made an error on the order.
