What artwork formats are acceptable?

Our graphic design department works in a PC environment, using Adobe Creative Suite 5.  Please make sure to down-save your documents accordingly.  Artwork submitted is preferred as 100% vector Adobe PDF format and we recommend submitting art in this format to ensure your order is produced in a timely manner.  Other art formats may be workable with minor optimization needed to prepare it for imprint.  Staats will make those minor adjustments to your design and provide you with a digital proof to ensure accuracy.  In the event you would like to submit a Photoshop file, please email it to onlineorders@staatsawards.com

In the event that extensive modifications are required to prepare your design for production, your customer service representative will contact you and make you aware of any applicable artwork fees required for our graphic designers to reproduce your art.
